If you know me, you KNOW I believe that HEAVY, INTENSE MRT sessions are the most effective for fitness, fat loss, work capacity and much more! I try to incorporate at least 2 heavy sessions like this each week and today I show you one of my fave circuits. This is a total of 8 sets per round (2 exercises are unilateral) so 3 rounds results in one of the roughest 24 minutes you will ever experience! DO WORK and let the EPOC take care of itself!
