I REALLY hang my hat on solid 30:30’s as I feel this is such a great protocol to build work capacity. Today i take a 15 set round and complete it twice for a brutal 30 min. session!
Hope you get some ideas for great 30 sec. work bout exercises – You will notice lots of “other” category exercises such as Battle Ropes, SkierG, Jump Rope, even USB around the worlds. These all add to the intensity and are a nice contrast to the other heavier loaded movements.
