Such a fun workout that I completed with S&C coach Joel Gunterman.
We performed this using a 60:50 work:rest to create a little more turmoil haha!
Pick any 4 of these moves, perform them in circuit fashion, then finish the round with jump rope to essentially ‘shake of’ all the tension that was created. We performed 4 total rounds (20 workout bouts) which took approx 38 min!
