Here was a pretty cool countdown that is pretty perfect for the park etc. I used Muscle snatches but if you grab a heavy KB and take it to the park, beach, nearest stairs etc. it’s a perfect substitute. Otherwise all you need is a place to do ice skaters, a med ball if you want to make things tougher, and a place to sprint or run stairs…..steep hill is preferred and easier on the joints for old folks like me =o)
