Today we drop the intensity a tad and lengthen our work intervals. What I love about these types of circuits is I get to keep the ’rounds’ down and even though they are longer than normal HIIT interval times, psychologically it seems a little easier to take.

I choose moves that I can push for the entire 60 sec. with a solid intensity (Air Assault Bike, Jump Rope, Battle Ropes, USB Around the world rotational lunge, and KB swings)
