I have always said that complexes are the “king of all cardio strength training” ….and I stand by that statement! Today we look at another angle on complexes, instead of doing a set # of reps then moving to the next move – we perform each move for a set amount of time. This is 6 moves performed for 10 sec. each for a “60 second Complex”!
