CIRCUIT – 15:45, 6 exercises (7 actually since TRX Rip is Left and Right) for 3 rounds (21 min.)
- Hang Muscle Snatch
- Plyo Push-up
- 2 KB skier Swing
- TRX Rip Strikes (R/L)
- Standing Ab Wheel
- Weight Chin-ups
*NOTE* I leave out a ‘knee dominant’ exercise today as my knee has been bothering me a bit otherwise I would always be sure to include one!
