WOW – 15:45 Heavy MRT Circuit


Those of you who know me know that I believe that heavy 15:45 or 20:40 MRT (Metabolic resistance training) circuits are the future of fitness, fat loss, and muscle building.

These NEED to be a part of your training programs is any of these things are your goals ….and YES that’s all of you!

CIRCUIT – 15:45, 6 exercises (7 actually since TRX Rip is Left and Right) for 3 rounds (21 min.)

  1. Hang Muscle Snatch
  2. Plyo Push-up
  3. 2 KB skier Swing
  4. TRX Rip Strikes (R/L)
  5. Standing Ab Wheel
  6. Weight Chin-ups

*NOTE* I leave out  a ‘knee dominant’ exercise today as my knee has been bothering me a bit otherwise I would always be sure to include one!
