One Dumbbell, One load, One TOUGH Density session! GIve this a try using the same loaded DB for ALL of the following exercises: DB Snatch, DB 1-arm bench, DB plank row, DB 1/2 TGU, DB 1-leg RDL….keep an eye out at the end of this workout for a BRUTAL Optional Exercise to throw into this circuit!
