This was a pretty Brutal complex that I did today in the House of Pain – Clean pull + High Pull + Muscle Clean + Muscle Snatch.
I demo it here in both a Complex and a Combination format (I explain on the video as well).
My workout was a 5-4-3-2-1 ladder with 135-155-165-175-185…let’s just say, I was SMASHED.
This is a great complex/combo to do with lower volumes and heavier loads to really emphasize the PULL and the COMPLETE quadruple extension of the ankles, knees, hips, and low back. DO WORK!
