This is a great way to get some lower intensity volume as a change up to very high intensity sessions. This is a 60 seconds work with 30 seconds rest protocol where I alternate between slightly higher and lower intensity exercises.
I use the Air Assault bike, deck squats, Jump rope, triangle mobility, battle ropes, and plank variations.
Don’t get me wrong…you’re going to sweat and the heart rate is going to get up but this is a much more aerobic style session!
