Decided to bring back the KING OF ALL CARDIO STRENGTH TRAINING…COMPLEXES!
This complex using a hang muscle clean, Push Press, and Front Squat will tax the heck out of you whether you decided to go lighter with higher volume or (like my workout here), you decide to go heavier with lower reps. DO WORK!
*I ADDED TRX RIP TRAINER STRIKES TO THIS WORKOUT AS I AM ALWAYS TRYING TO TRAIN MULTIPLE PLANES AT EACH TRAINING SESSION.
