ParticipantYes when I dont have any strict plan other than just do something everyday I always get 4-5 workouts every week. Its just more flexible and easy to put a workout in between stuff. Thats why I love the CST.
Yesterdays workout was 15 min of pain..

ParticipantShort Density workout today. Im working my way in to the workouts. My plan is to do 2 rounds for week 1 then add a round until im at 4 rounds.
