    Short Density workout today. Im working my way in to the workouts. My plan is to do 2 rounds for week 1 then add a round until im at 4 rounds.

    Dynamic warm up 10 min

    Plyo push ups 5
    RDL 8
    1/2 kneeling press 8
    plank row 8
    Core rotation 8
    Kosak squat
    Curtesy lunges 2 rounds

    Had a plan but not enough time “just do something”

    20-24-28-32 kg kettlebell 1 hand swing 10 on each one with 10 push ups
    32-28-24-20 2 hand swing 10-15-25-30 reps with 10 rep core

    Yes when I dont have any strict plan other than just do something everyday I always get 4-5 workouts every week. Its just more flexible and easy to put a workout in between stuff. Thats why I love the CST.

    Yesterdays workout was 15 min of pain..
    The SB AMRAP
    1.clean+squat 5 -4 rounds
    2.1lrdl+row 5- 3 rounds Feel it in my glutes today
    3.Shoulder+bearhugsquat 3-4 rounds My heartrate was up to 155
    Great workout.

    A 5k jog today with a swim i the freezing ocean. A slow easy jog is a great way of relaxing for me.

    Did a KB Complex today and it was hard. I used a 24kg thats pretty heavy for me.
    Went from Right side to Left without any brake

    1hand swing 5
    1/2 snatch 5
    squat 5
    figure 8 10 3 rounds I was loosing the power on the last round so mabye longer rest next time

    Good workout a little low in volume but I will put in more volume next week

    Density today. I do most of my workouts outside today it was snow and -2 so after 2 rounds I had to go inside. 🙂
