January 16, 2017 at 11:38 am #7444geir eikeliaParticipantYes when I dont have any strict plan other than just do something everyday I always get 4-5 workouts every week. Its just more flexible and easy to put a workout in between stuff. Thats why I love the CST.
Yesterdays workout was 15 min of pain..
