Geir – if you enjoy longer/aerobic work then go for it! Time is the #1 factor that people say hinders their fitness so shorter/more intense sessions tend to work best for most. I enjoy longer walks etc. twice a week as I feel like it helps me clear my mind a bit while still getting low level aerobic benefits.
CoachDosKeymasterGeir –
I think the ultimate test for power endurance is the Ultimate Sandbag Clean and Press test

The timing, the loading, the technical aspect of the movements make for an amazing challenge/testCoachDosKeymasterpick higher loads and more volume
CoachDosKeymasterNo, 8-10 is great… the more exercises you use, the lighter the load and the more it becomes a conditioner.
Note- of strength is Your main objective , you will want to ease up a bit and focus on recovery sessions in between. If your goal is fitness, fat loss etc, then go for it!
CoachDosKeymasterWhen the loading and volume is so different, I almost treat them like different exercises- in other words, a set of heavy rows is the same movement as TRX rows standing tall…. but one is for say 5 reps with heavy load and one is say 20 reps in a 30 sec set.
When doing high volume complexes, the loading is relatively light as we are seeking the compounding/ conditioning effect more than the muscular development. Does that make sense?
CoachDosKeymasterHi Bilal!
Absoultely! mixing in the complexes will be HUGE in your fat loss goals!
CoachDosKeymastertry going to edit profile and scroll all the way to the bottom and you should see an option to add a ‘gravatar’

CoachDosKeymasterPatrick- I just use a set # of reps…. like 5 squat to stands or 3 triangles each direction etc
CoachDosKeymasterI think CPD gives a much more thorough and detailed tool – principles are the same as MHPT and CST but the big difference is the detailed demo videos of each exercise, the new format of the templates, and the interactive workout cards!
CoachDosKeymasterYes Russell – we are uploading all old videos to the vimeo platform and this is taking lots of time and help
CoachDosKeymasterBrian – I had already replied to your email regarding this. Email me and I will be happy to refund your membership. As I said, We have hundreds of videos that are being uploaded slowly but surely.
CoachDosKeymasterYeah I think 30 min is pretty decent length. Higher intensity means the duration needs to be shorter otherwise you’re just kidding yourself. With things like 60:60’s the duration may be 45-60 min etc. but that’s only because the intensity is relatively lower.
