I have been experimenting trying to find a strength & power KB workout that would run about 30 min., involve solid strength and power loads and rep ranges, and incorporate optimal KB moves to reach these goals. I came up with 8 challenging moves for this WOW.
I completed 3 rounds of the workout described in this wow in 36 min. using a 88lb. KB, this was a pretty solid load for me ….remember the KB needs to be HEAVY as this is not a typical CST style circuit!
