WOW – KB “crossing midline” Complex

1380

Virtually ALL Kettlebell exercises move primarily in the sagittal plane. Today I take you through a very cool complex where we will use 3 KB moves with ALL of them crossing the midline of the body. This adds more rotational demand along with tremendous frontal plane stability. Give it a shot and be sure to start with a lighter KB! **NOTE** The juggling is OPTIONAL!
