BID VID – Sandbag “Fist-hold” positioning Tips

One of the more technical exercises to do with the Ultimate Sandbag is to clean to, press from, or front hold squat from a FIST-HOLD position. It is a tough thing to do and takes a lot of practice AND concentration (especially when you are TIRED! See below for my Clean and Press Test attemps BLECH!). Anyway, here are some tips that will get you on your way!

 

My First time completing 50 clean and presses in 5 min. with the 100lb. Burly

My first time trying the same test with a 130lb. Burly…..hit 31…PR is 33….Goal is 40!
