This is a VERY effective combo for improving your snatches….for me this has be HUGE in improving every aspect of my pulls and has allowed me to keep PR’ing in my muscle snatch (which is my go-to Oly lift in my own training). The Overhead squats round out the sheer amount of work and metabolic mayhem this simple combo can elicit!
