Here’s a cool little circuit with little to no equipment…… Jen and I go through a variety of movement patterns including the following:
- Stairs (or squat/jumps) x 30-40 sec.
- Push-ups x 10
- Band rows x 10 each arm
- Spiderman crawls x 10 forward and backward
- Side Plank + reach x 10 each side
- Jump Rope x 50
Do this circuit 3-5 times! DO WORK!
