Here is something I have started throwing into my training sessions each week….AEROBIC style complexes. These are LONG duration complexes moving form move to move over several minutes without stopping. The loads must obviously be lighter but the workload is tremendous when all is said and done. This KB complex is 110 reps long and took me around 4:30 to complete. I rested 3 min. before starting my next round (with long, aerobic style bouts you do not have to have 1:1 work:rest ratios as the intensity is not as high).
