So this is not a COMPLETE density. NOT as in you have to see me perform the ENTIRE thing – Rather, this is the new format that I like to create my Density sessions with….with ALL essential movement patterns. This of this new mindset as MHPT full-body …done as a circuit and at a slightly faster pace!
Instead of 5 exercises (explosive, push, pull, core, lower body), we have made sure to do BOTH Knee and Hip dominant and also add a mobilty. So enjoy this ROUGH 7-exercise Density session. It took me approx. 9+ minutes to complete each round of 7 exercises….and remember to LOAD appropriately!
