All Programs are 12-weeks in length AND include 12 weeks of metabolic training sessions as well!

Online Coaching packages:

SILVER – $400

A personalized 12-week program based on detailed questionnaire and interview. Includes unlimited email and phone consults for the first two weeks.

GOLD – $500

A personalized 12-week program based on detailed questionnaire and interview. Includes unlimited email and phone consults for the entire 12-week period.

PLATINUM – $600

This is the GOLD package with the addition of a 45 min. hands-on session taking you through some or all of the exercises in your personalized program.

*All online coaching packages are designed using a DETAILED questionnaire and phone consultation to determine needs, goals etc.
