Joel Gunterman and I went thru a pretty cool ‘high tension’ workout yesterday…..20 rounds of 60 sec. or work with a negative rest (50 sec.)
We performed 4 high tension exercises followed by jump rope – exercises ranged from USB barries, farmers walks, suitcase carries, slosh pipe overhead walks…even some cool sandbag + bungee combos
