I am considering getting a Concept 2 Rower for my home to supplement my gym days. That tool seems like it can hit both low intensity steady state type work that Dos talked about as well as some serious intensity intervals as well. What are some good protocol to use with it – or a resource to find them?
Sorry I never saw this post Noah — I would say ALL the same protocols I promote 60:60…30:30….20:40….15:45, will all be awesome and elicit different intensities etc.
