I KNOW many folks have to wonder about what type of training some of these sport athletes go thru….well, gold medal 400m hurdler Dalilah Muhammed is a product of Cougar Strength here at COC and I can tell you she uses the Power Training / Complete Program Design templates in all her resistance training YEAR-ROUND!

I’m not sure which of the Track girls I would see come in the COC Weightroom, but those girls were some serious beasts in the gym! Great to see solid training helping to support these athletes.
