Ok….so wanted to list my GO-TO workout when I need to bang out something to get a sweat on while also handling some solid loads…..
Perform Fifteen 2-handed KB swings EMOM (every min on the min) for 15-20 min. You will end up doing 300 heavy swings in only 20 min!
You may want to try to push for more reps EMOM but I advise to always keep a positive rest…..15 swings should give you more than 30 sec. rest each round. I have played with 16-17 EMOM which may not seem like much of a difference but rally has a compounding effect in the long run!
