Some pretty effective teaching techniques to differentiate between a knee and hip dominant movement. the ‘squat’ here could be considered a deadlift….this is why I have always categorized my deadlifts in my knee dominant menu list. Always trying to maintain very similar shin and back angles. These two simple drills will open your eyes as to just how DIFFERENT knee and hip dominant (squat vs. hip hinge) moves should feel!
