I chose 2 different combos from the ‘Winning Combinations’ DVD that Wil Fleming and I did (still in editing process). Today we focus on a combo of a front squat + Push Press + Reverse Lunge and a 2nd that gets a little more complex with a Snatch deadliest + Snatch High Pull + Muscle Snatch.
Simply pick one combo and performing multiple sets can be a great metabolic workout if you choose to use lower loads and higher reps but it can also be an amazing strength/power workout if you use multiple sets with low reps and HEAVY loads!
