WOW – Makeshift Playground Circuit!

During this crazy Covid-times we are often looking for ways to work on our fitness outdoors – this Workout of the week is a short, intense, body weight circuit that’s perfect if you have a park with similar equipment as you will see in this video.

Here’s a quick and “easy” 20:20 circuit you can try if you find yourself in a playground-style environment. Today I set up an 1)explosive 2)push 3)pull sequence and used a 20:20 work:rest. 10 rounds comes to a 20 min super intense session!
