WOW – Jump Rope Inspired Cardio/Strength Circuit

This is a workout that I just wrote for Men’s Health this week! They wanted a cardio-based circuit that someone could do at the park etc. with basically no equipment. My cardio emphasis will be 1 min. rounds of jump rope (any style, any speed, you can even use an imaginary jump rope if you’re not very good at it!). You know me, I will always keep things SOUND so we will be pushing, pulling, hitting core, Knee, and Hip dominant moves each round. Perform 3 total rounds and record your time…..wait a week and throw this in again and try to beat your time!
