Pretty intense circuit in the House of Pain….Sandbag rotational snatches, TRX extreme leg extension, shuffle/slide agility run, Sloshpipe squats OR Sloshball atlas lunges, KB OR sandbell windmill, Box jump OR box hops, Plyo push-ups OR pylo pushup combos. We had some modifications for Haylee that’s why you see the “OR” in the exercise listing.
We also finished with a 15:15 tabata circuit using sandbell slams, jump rope, squat jumps, and rope battle
