Starting February off with a BANG!

Shot this from this morning’s workout with my workout partner Haylee…..she’s in beast mode so it was only fitting that she perform some extra work so people could see part of what we accomplished on this awesome February 1st, 2011 DAY! This was a countdown of KB swings, Jump Rope, Push-ups then down and up the 140+ stairs. We repeated this for 19,18,17, 16,15,14,13,12,11 so ended-up doing 10 sets of these !%$&@ stairs…. along with 155 swings, 155 push-ups, and 310 jumps on the jump rope. DO WORK!
