I really enjoy coach Dos take on program design and I structure my workouts very similar. Here are two templates I’ve been messing with using his structure with my own little spin. Let me know what you think!
Arms or lagging body part
Mobility or cardio based movement like swings, ropes, bike sprints
Vanity movement (arms, shoulders calves)
I mix in unilateral and use Coach Dos Perizodation. But I’m enjoying this style lately.
