Welcome to real-world Cardio strength training: TRX handstand pushups x 10, KB alternating juggle-swings x 20, 30lb sandbell burppe jump/slams, sloshpipe lunges x 10, jump rope x 100, ultimate sandbag rotational snatches x 10 (75lb). Wore a hyperwear COOL VEST and it might have saved my life on this circuit that took me 23:15 to complete.
