I had a great time presenting at last weekend’s Perform Better Summit in Providence, RI. My topic this year was “Building Better Athletes: Creating Optimal Training Programs, Creating Optimal Training Cultures“. Personally, this was my all-time favorite lecture I have EVER done….it just felt so perfect to lecture about this topic based on everything I have gone through in my 24+ years of training.

The feedback was amazing so I wanted to post the slides so that folks could see some of the smaller print that was not really visible on their handouts and even on screen.
