I take you through a real-time early am at the Dos house…..oatmeal with fixins’ and a protein shake.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup whole grain oats, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup chopped apples, 1/4 cup mixed almonds and walnuts (crushed). Shake – 1/2 cup OJ, 2 scoops pea-rice-hemp protein powder, 1/2 cup frozen rasberries, top off with water.
Approx 570 calories, 19 grams of fiber, 18 grams of fat, and 40 grams protein
