Threw these into my 20:40’s today…great way to step up those planks and add some dynamic properties to them. I love moving back and forth from 4 point to 3 point positioning…..also you can move from close grip to wide up to to add more lateral movement. I had my neck extended a tad too much…try to keep your head in a neutral position as I do in the slo-mo clip. DO WORK!
