Ok, this is pretty cool partner stuff that Frankie came up with. Since the handstand pushup is much harder than the squats, I recommend using at least a 5:1 (squat:pushup) ratio for timed sessions or rep sessions. Holding the core tight during squats is also harder than it looks!
