BID VID – Skier Swings


Skier Swings are one of my fave exercises….they can help us by doing the following things:

1. Get us out of our comfort zone of feet wide and stable

2. Give us greater range of motion during our hinge

3. Allow us to do ‘heavy’ swings when we don’t have very heavy KB’s or DB’s

These swings also give us a great tool to expose imblances….Give them a try today!
