A Sunday FUNDAY with Coach Dos….

1223

SUPER excited that the awesome folks at Elite Sport and Spine in Seattle, WA will be hosting me at their facility on Sunday May 20 from 9-1pm. This will be a 4 hour ceu event for both the NSCA and the NATA and should prove to be a great day for any and all folks interested in an interactive day of strength and conditioning.

This is the first event of this kind that I have taken part in. This is not your traditional speaker lecture then “goodbye”. This will be a day talking about program design, non-traditional training tools and much more BUT the most valuable part of this program will be the interactive Q&A with Coach Dos in a SMALL group setting. This is your chance to get face-to-face with Dos and ask him the IMPORTANT questions!

My contact person will be Elizabeth Andrews who can be reached at 404-512-2045. Price (if received before Friday May 18th, 2012) will be $125. After this date the price will be $150 at the door. Please mail payment to Elizabeth Andrews at 413 Fairview Ave. N, Seattle, WA 98109. We will be LIMITING the number of attendees for this workshop!
