This is a pretty good example of a modified full-body MHPT session with our Baseball team. We really love the power-bomb style of 2 handed KB swings as it has tremendous posterior chain DECELERATION work. On some of the seated box jumps our athletes have a LOT of weight via sandbells and weight vests. Notice the fat gripz on some of the chins!
