This is one of my Fave MECHANICAL work circuits….fast and furious pace that’s all about VOLUME. The intensity is brutal and Haylee crushes this round using 5 TRX Moves:

Staggered stance pushup, single leg Row, Core pull-push, Drop/curtsy lunge, and Squat jump
