This is a pretty unique workout, a POWER workout. Unlike many of our other sessions where metabolic mayhem is the theme, goal, and outcome, on this workout we are all about POWER PRODUCTION. When this is the goal, we NEED adequate rest. In this workout I take you through a very TRX and RIP trainer-heavy sequence of movements and use a 20:40 work:rest interval system. Ineveitably we will get metabolic benefits simply due to the structure of the program and the cumulative physical effect. I explain, in detail during the first few minutes of the workout.
