EMOM sets are fast becoming one of my fave timed setups – You pick a heavy exercise and you perform a specified # of reps at the top of each min. It’s IMPORTANT that you give yourself adequate rest (positive rest) so I like to stick to something in the 2-5 rep range depending on the loading. I have done this particular move (clean + Thruster) for 4 reps EMOM for 20 min and it was a KILLER!
