I film the final round of a density that we performed at the H.O.P. while my friends Jen and Chad were visiting. This was FULL of unilateral exercises so it really chewed our time up…we did however get a chance to move some heavy loads and have some fun!
We did the following exercises: Barbell muscle snatch, KB push press, DB/KB row, Sandbag 1/2 TGU, 1-leg squat.
