WOW – 60:60 High tension Circuit

This is a pretty tough circuit simply due to the duration of the work bouts and also the fact that the loading is pretty heavy thus creating a lot of tension thru the body. You can sub out the carries for various different ones and also do a barbell or KB clean to thruster etc. instead of the USB. The jump rope is included to sort of ‘shake off’ all the tension created through each round. Give it a try! DO WORK!
