WIl Fleming and myself will be taking a limited number of coaches and trainers through the most intensive day of Programming, Energy Systems, Velocity Based Training (VBT) applications, Olympic Weightlifting and more!

What The Complete Speed & Power Intensive Is All About

Besides our biased opinion on this being the greatest event for a coach and trainer that works with speed and power athletes, here are some additional reasons to get you excited about coming to the Summit:

THE Speed & Power Specific Summit. This is the ONLY event that is 100% geared towards your speed & power. It is 2 days of sports performance and athlete development education.

The Coaches. Again, we are biased, but these are the top coaches in our industry. After they give their in-depth lecture, they will take you through (in the hands-on sessions) the same drills and programming they discusses, and that they use with their own athletes.

Networking. Join us Saturday night at the Social where you can network with other like-minded coaches and presenters. The whole event will be intimate with plenty of time to connect and talk with coaches.

Personalized. We really wanted to dive deep into topics and the only way to do this was to limit the attendees and find out prior to the event, exactly what each coach is looking for. Plus I wanted to keep this Summit small so you can ask any questions you have. Also having small groups, the hands-on sessions are that much more effective as the Coach can go into more detail and make sure that everyone is getting the most out of each drill and can give you personal cues. It’s kept small so you can participate and ask questions!

ITINERARY

Saturday August 6

7:30-9am – Check-in
9-9:50am – Dos, Power Evolution
10-10:50am – Wil, Strength Training Programming- Designing 12 week programming for different people. Linear examples, alternating linear examples.
11-11:50am – Dos, Understanding energy systems, MRT programming, conditioning concepts
12-12:50pm – Wil, -Using VBT in training programs or How to Olympic Lift
12:50-1:50pm – “Working Lunch” – Lunch in the facility, Whiteboard…anything goes
2-2:30pm – Dos, Dynamic warm-up, Activation/Readying, Power Based MRT circuits
2:30-3pm – Wil, Hands on- Olympic Lifts
3:10-4pm – Dos, Energy system conditioning breakdown concepts, circuits, finishers
4:10-5pm – Wil, Applications of VBT (testing for readiness, different loading parameters for using VBT)
5:10-6pm– Problem Solving Session
6pm– Dinner on your own
8pm-10pm – Social/Networking at the Athletes Acceleration facility


Sunday August 7
