I had a chance to do an audio interview with Josh Henkin creator of The Ultimate Sandbag Fitness System. Sandbags have fast become another vital tool in our training arsenal but a product is only as good as the education that comes along with it. Josh has done a tremendous job of teaching all of us not only new and innovative sandbag exercises (see videos below) but the how’s and why’s behind why they should be included into ALL comprehensive strength and conditioning program. Regardless of your training population or your personal fitness goals, sandbags should be a part of your training ‘toolbox’.
