12:00-1:00pm     Lunch – catered by the Paseo Club

2:00-3:00pm       Alwyn Cosgrove – Dynamic warm-up, Activation, and Core
3:00-4:00pm       Robert dos Remedios – Cardio Strength Training Protocols
4:00-5:00pm       Social and meet & greet with the presenters
