Mike Seril – An Example of Professionalism, Dedication, and CARING

1349

Mike Seril is someone that ALL OF YOU need to learn about. Sure he has a great educational background (Masters degree in Kinesiology), he’s a great trainer (named NSCA personal Trainer of the year in 2006), and he runs one of the most successful Boot Camp Gyms in Southern California (MSF …..and I have never seen anything like his classes!) but it is Mike Seril THE PERSON that we all need to use as an example in our lives. The most impressive thing about Mike Seril how he is completely SELFLESS. I have never seen anyone GIVE so much back to his community, in fact, in 2007 ABC 7 here in Los Angeles awarded Mike with the prestigious Jefferson Award given to the individual who positively impacts and influences his/her community in incredible fashion. Here is a brief medley of what goes down at mikes Gym down here in Whittier California….lots of work but more importantly lots of CARING!

Mike has shot a series of videos talking about creating successful gym cultures for my premium site members…I will begin posting those weekly for 3 weeks starting on Monday May 30, 2011. DO WORK!
